The playoff matchup between Masterbation Station and Honky Lips came down to the wire on Sunday. Steve went into Sunday night's game, Cubs @ Mets, with a 7-5 lead over John. All of the stat categories were wrapped up, except for K's (Steve was leading 54-53) and BA. But a fatal error by Master's owner has sent him home. Steve had two Mets in the lineup, David Wright and Lucas Duda, and chose to play them instead of putting them on the bench. The move cost Steve his season and his shot at $200. Wright and Duda struck out three times, and John now leads 56-54. That has he and Master Sta. in a dead heat at 6-6, and John wins the tie breaker (12-11 head-to-head record this year).
Face on Balls soundly dispatched Bloop Chutes, 8-4, and rolls his way into the semis for the first time.
